Flawless Pro is designed to capture the unique product, mold, machine and process information gained in every lesson learned during critical problem solving. Unlike the typical trouble shooting approach of addressing the symptom, Flawless Pro provides root cause case based reasoning direction that yields real solutions. Flawless Pro contains data of each entity that interact in the plastic injection molding process and allows to modification or addition of new information to the database, including photos or illustrations of the defective pieces and information of the production process.
